A booking request is accepted only after Royal Adventure - A Luxury Pleasure Boat confirms availability, guest count, selected cabin or full boat option, trip date, and payable amount.

Submitting the booking form and completing payment through SSLCommerz does not waive the requirement to follow the confirmed trip plan, safety instructions, and guest guidelines.

Bookings require either 50% advance payment or full payment, depending on the option selected at checkout.

Online payments are processed through SSLCommerz. Card, mobile banking, and internet banking availability depends on the SSLCommerz checkout page and supported payment channels.

The final booking status is updated after payment validation from SSLCommerz and confirmation from the Royal Adventure team.

Displayed prices are estimates based on selected cabins, guest count, season, and active discounts. Final price and availability may be confirmed by the Royal Adventure team before the trip.

Trip timing, sightseeing route, food plan, and other arrangements may change because of weather, water level, administrative permission, guest safety, or operational requirements.

Guests must provide accurate contact, guest, and booking information during checkout.

Guests must follow houseboat safety rules, local laws, crew instructions, and respectful conduct requirements throughout the journey.

Illegal substances, unsafe activity, and behavior that harms other guests, crew, local communities, or the environment are not allowed.

Before placing an order, customers must read and agree to the Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Return Refund & Cancellation Policy.

By checking the agreement box at checkout, the customer confirms that they understand and accept these policies.
