Booking cancellation or refund is not allowed. If there is a valid reason and you inform us at least 15 days before the booking date, the booking may be shifted to another available date.
Yes. The 2 days / 1 night package includes food and general trip costs except personal expenses. Around 10+ food services are planned across the trip.
Yes. Royal Adventure - A Luxury Pleasure Boat is suitable for families, couples, friends, corporate groups, birthdays, and get-togethers.
The trip starts from Rangamati Shahid Minar Ghat and ends at the same point.
Exact reporting, boarding, and checkout time will be confirmed before the trip based on the final schedule.
For weather, natural disaster, water condition, administrative, or safety reasons, the trip plan may change. Guests must follow the safety decision of the team.
Yes. Day trip booking is only applicable for full boat reserve, and custom full boat arrangements can be discussed for groups.
Children from 0-3 years are free and share food with guardians if needed. Children from 4-7 years get 50% off and must share a room with a guardian. Children aged 8+ need full package payment.
AC service is provided from evening until the next morning.
